How is the Slack companion bot configured?
Configuration takes place directly in the dashboard Settings page where you can toggle SlackBot access with one click. We map incoming requests to your organization’s Slack Team ID, verify payloads against your global HMAC signature, index documents, and pass them to our GPT generator.
What is a "knowledge gap" and how is it resolved?
A knowledge gap represents an unanswered question. When the AI bot cannot find a highly rated vector in Qdrant matching the prompt, it registers the question inside your private dashboard page. Admins see an amber notification card where they can click "Create Answer" to enter a manual override, which instantly resolves the gap.
Does the Slack bot respect trial limits and query caps?
Yes. Every search made inside Slack is fully metered and counted toward your plan limit. If your free trial has ended or your monthly plan is completed, the bot automatically replies with a friendly billing link, protecting your OpenAI token spend.
